About

Sarah Bartal is a dynamic Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) who has pivoted her career to focus on human systems intervention and organizational change management. With over 15 years of experience spanning the private, public, and non-profit sectors, Sarah has cultivated a diverse skillset in areas such as strategic planning, policy development, financial analysis, and stakeholder engagement.

In recent years, Sarah has become increasingly drawn to the field of human systems intervention as a means to drive positive change. She is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Human Systems Intervention part-time while continuing to work as a Senior Policy Analyst. Through her studies, Sarah has strengthened her capabilities in designing systemic interventions, facilitating participatory processes, conducting action research, and providing both individual and group coaching.

Sarah brings together her financial acumen and passion for people in her approach to consulting. She excels at guiding organizations through change in a controlled, ethical manner that centers around consensus-building and co-creation. Her blended expertise makes her a versatile practitioner able to link financial planning with organizational development. Sarah is driven by her core values of integrity, growth, and wellbeing, which inform everything from her facilitation philosophy to change management strategies.
